Choc-Coated Strawberry Protein Balls

Made with Frisp Strawberry Crisps for real fruit flavour and crunch. A simple, protein-packed treat using ingredients you can trust.

Here are the ingredients and method to make Choc-Coated Strawberry Protein Balls.

Ingredients

60g protein powder
60g almond meal ( alternatively, you can use Coco Earth Almond Flour)
10g Coco Earth coconut flour
4 tbsp maple syrup
15g Pack of Frisp Strawberry Crisps
60g dark chocolate, needs to melt
1 tsp coconut oil (melted) or Coco Earth liquid coconut oil

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients, add maple, stir until combined.
Fold in FRISP strawberries (save 1–2 for topping)
Roll into 6 balls, dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle with crushed FRISP strawberries, set in fridge and enjoy.
