Hearts of Palm Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frisp Hearts of Palm

  • 1 cup sushi rice (cooked & cooled)

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • ½ cup cucumber, diced

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • ¼ cup Frisp Edamame Beans

  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooled slightly, mix with rice vinegar.

  • Toss gently with sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce.

  • Add sushi rice as the base. Arrange avocado, cucumber, carrots, Frisp edamame beans, and Frisp Hearts of Palm on top.

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and nori strips. Drizzle with soy sauce as desired.
